ReRuns for Wee Ones, Brylane Home, Jungle Jim's

Way back in September, when our power was out for five lovely(not!) days, we also learned our son's crib was recalled. We returned it to Walmart and got all of our money back ,$127.xx.

Two weekends ago I went to Reruns and sold a basket of out grown clothing which netted me $27 in gift certificates. I used that to buy a crib for $89.99 . After taxes and the discount the cost of the new (used) crib was $68.61.

So I walked away with $58.39 extra to put back in the misc. budget!

I went here to deposit hubs' check, but the bank didn't open till 10am (a 40 minute wait). I just grabbed a couple of banana bunches at .19 lb and went home.

the best part was they had a tear pad display right beside the bananas for b2 vitamin waters get 1 powerade free. With the promo at Kroger I can get them all for free! I was excited, LOL

After shopping at brylanehome.com and reruns I came out with $48.42 extra to put toward the misc. budget.

Spent $1 on groceries and saved $2.11.
