I don't typically do a menu, but I am not pleased with the frequency we have been getting fast food. Most of the time it is because I don't know what to cook, or what I want to cook is frozen solid as a rock and would take hours to cook that way(and I only have 1 hr or less to get dinner on the table before the kids start screaming at me).
So here is my first public attempt at menu planning :
Monday- ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND SQUASH STEW (I don't have zucchini so I will double up on the yellow squash)
Tuesday-English muffin pizzas and a green salad
Wednesday-creamy cabbage casserole(doubled) with crumbled bacon and crescent rolls
Thursday- Onion Patch Chicken and Rice
Friday- Tuna-Avocado Salad(doubled) with grapefruit (bananas or mandarin oranges for the kids)
Saturday- Garlic Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans
Sunday- Hearty Vegetable Barely soup(has meat in it)
Most of these are new to me. I am trying to get out of the dinner doldrums, but it is hard when your have to listen to a 5 year old tell you it looks yucky or she doesn't like it because she has never had it before, lol.

Your menu sounds great....good luck with trying some new recipes. I can totally relate to listening to a 5yr old saying it looks yucky. My son who is 6 says that all the time :/ Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
