I am finding menu planning very helpful. I can't figure out why I never stuck with it before. I still don't always make everything on the exact day I "planned" and one meal a week usually doesn't get made at all. It is much better than having a freezer and pantry full of food and having no idea what to cook, though!
Monday- BBQ meat balls, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies
Tuesday-Quinoa Pilaf
Wednesday-Chicken quesadillas
Thursday-beef stew
Friday-Scallops and vegetables
Saturday-leftovers
Sunday-Hearty Bean and Barely Soup
