Opinion Outpost is a pretty decent survey website. They give you points for every survey you qualify for and complete. 10 points is equal to $1. You must have at least 100 points($10) to request payment. Currently it seems paypal is the main payment option.
I have made $84.50 taking surveys through them so far. I have used Opinion Outpost since December 2005, with many breaks from online survey taking in that time. This is one company that doesn't penalize you for slacking off from time to time. When you decide you want to start doing surveys again, the site is there waiting for you.
If you are interested in trying Opinion Outpost out you can sign up here. You will receive emails letting you know when a new survey is available, but I recommend logging in to check every now and then just in case your invites get sent to the spam folder.
You will not get rich taking surveys, but it sure is nice to get a little something extra in the mail for giving your opinion (which we all LOVE to do any way!).
