Kroger 7/22

I'm starting to worry Kroger wont get the money maker playtex gloves in before this promo is over:( Maybe Saturday I'll drive around to other Krogers to see if I can find them.

Items with * are .50 less than shelve price to reflect the $5 mega event discount

2 1/2 gallons Kroger chocolate milk 1.58 (.79 each)
*4 chex mix selects 5.96 (1.49 each)
-4 .50 printables and here and here
-.50 shortcuts
-.50 cellfire= .24 each
*10 Amps 11.90 (1.19 each)
pull ups 8.99
-2.00 coupon
-2.00 shortcuts = 4.99
*6 rolaids 6.00 (1.00 each)
-6 1.00 coupons=free
reduced fruit tray w/ fruit dip 12.35

used $10 gift card from previous amp deal

total was 23.96(2.18 tax)
saved 50.92, 19.00 in coupons

My little guy has decided he prefers pullups to cloth diapers for now. I can't blame him. He is a big boy @ 31lbs+ at 19 months and we use mostly bumGenius One-Size Cloth Diapers
that go up to 35lbs. They are getting pretty snug and even his large pocket change diapers are about too small. I don't mind having the break from diaper laundry for now either. We will be switching him back to cloth once we find an affordable diaper that carries larger sizes. His old diapers will be used on the new baby.

Totals for the week:
Spent $25.03
Saved $77.84, $39.96 in coupons

Totals for the month of July:
Spent $232.13
Saved$571.81 ,$336.92 in coupons

Hi, I am in Dayton area and with the Playtex Glove moneymaker, 17 stores have been without! Finally I spoke with a District General Merchandise Manager - guess what, they won't restock until next week - yesterday though he told me they were in the warehouse. Funnythat next Monday, after sail he will have them in the stores. Nonetheless, one store gave me raincheck for .49 cents. Do you know how this will ring when they use the 1.00 off coupon? Will the computer adjust it down or will it be overage at Krogers? Kerri

Kerri- WoW, 17 stores!Kroger used to be so good at keeping the sale items stocked(even the money makers).

The only way to get overage at Kroger is with catalinas, the mega event sales where the price is equal to or higher than the coupon and then you get the discount off your entire order, or with e coupons and paper coupons.

I'm pretty sure they will adjust the coupon down, unless some how you get them to scan you coupons and then price adjust the gloves. Or if the coupon beeps because the item is less than the coupon and they just force it through.

Sheri- looks like I wont be having any luck with the gloves. I need to get a rain check too:)
