My kids(6 and 1.5 years), husband and I all love this yogurt! My daughter even asked if she could have some in her lunch instead of gogurt...
It is very smooth and creamy, just like yogurt should be, BUT it has 5 grams of fiber and only 50 calories!
My favorite flavor is key lime. A few of the flavors do have a slight after taste, but not this one.
The product recently shrunk from a 6 pack to a 4 pack, while the price stayed the same:(

My weight loss tip is simple-involve your kids! Not only does it give them a great example of seeing you exercise, but they keep it fun. We have a bike trailer and our son makes train sounds and "feeds" me coal to keep me going. shalomdrummond at yahoodotcom
Try parking back aways in the parking lot instead of as close to the front as you can. Those few extra steps do add up to miles when you make a habit of this. A side benefit - your car will have less dings and scrapes because you will have less cars trying to squeeze into the spot beside it.

Here's my best tip:
Eat your biggest meal at breakfast - a large meal at lunch and eat a small meal at dinner. It works for me! And remember to get your water in!

My tip is to eat something fresh at every meal, no matter what. Eat that first so you don't fill up as much on the less healthy food.

My tip is to exercise before having any thing to eat of the morning or atleast 4 hrs after you eat and you will burn more calories.

One of the best tricks that worked for me was daily exercise and avoid eating fat and salt.
I walk 5 times a week with my sisters in christ. We are on our 10th week of walking. And I'm proud to say that I've lost 5 pounds.

so simple but we often overlook their importance- if you're not getting enough of either your body will stall weight loss and you won't have the energy to get in good fat blasting workouts :)

I think my biggest weight loss tip is to drink water and cut out pop. Boring, I know...but it's worked for me, along with exercise.
i always park further away from the store so i have to walk further and drinl lots of water!
My best tip would be to find a supportive friend or partner, especially to exercise with!
i love to drink water before my meal and it makes me eat less!
I try to each smaller meals with healthy snacks in between. This way I'm always full.
