Savory Baked Rosemary Tofu

Savory Baked Rosemary Tofu

Ingredients:

1 block of extra firm tofu (cut into 8 rectangles)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Worcester sauce
1 tbs tomato sauce
1/4 nutritional yeast
1/2 c. water
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
pinch of salt
6 grinds of pepper

Directions:

Drain and press tofu dry

mix all other ingredients

place tofu in a shallow dish and pour marinate over. let sit for ten minutes, flip, baste tofu and flip again

put in a preheated oven (400 degrees) and bake for 30 minutes, flipping once and basting with any left over sauce in the pan
