It looks really good.<br /><br />I have an 11 yo daughter who also chooses what she will eat by the look of the food! Drives me crazy. She is getting more stubborn all the time and refuses to take a taste-- It must be a control issue. Most of the time if she tastes it she will eat whatever food she didn&#39;t like the look of. In fact I have caught her tasting when I wasn&#39;t looking and take more than one bite! LOL............<br /><br />I think I would cut the squash into &#39;stix&#39; or shred it, and then maybe my daughter would eat it. I am beginning to think that she doesn&#39;t like &#39;chunks&#39; in her food.<br /><br />Thanks for sharing.
