I have been thinking about doing this. I do not have a ton of pans and baking dishes right now to do this easily(I have one single frying pan and 4 baking dishes total). Have you considered doing some freezer cooking? I&#39;m not sure if you&#39;re familiar with this or not but it might make your dinner prep time a lot easier...if you have time to spend on prepping them for the freezer, that is. I know you&#39;re busy with your kids so close in age. I&#39;ve been doing this a lot more lately and it has been VERY helpful b/c I don&#39;t have as much time to spend on prepping a meal as I once did.
