My little boy was messing with the eggplants when I was picking one out(at Jungle Jim's) so I moved him just passed them (he was in the shopping cart). I turned my head for 5 seconds to get the eggplant. When I turn back to him he is chewing something. He had grabbed a piece of okra that was right beside the eggplant and took a bite out of it. I took the piece in his hand from him because 1.)it wasn't washed 2.) he didn't pay for it, lol! and 3.) aren't you supposed to cook okra before eating it or it will have a bad effect on your digestion?



After I took it from him he started to grab for more and say "want mawr". So
I guess I will be trying some okra recipes soon, since I know he likes it:) Oh, and he had just finished his "shopping snack" so I know he wasn't THAT hungry.
